Had around 12 letters so far saying that I've defaulted on my agreement.I've never purchased an item but it's annoying that I keep getting these letters.Attempted to contact them many times to discuss this with no response.

Contempt for their customers and the law!For some reason Premier Man are insisting on sending mail to my previous address even though they know I don't live there. I've emailed them numerous times, complained to them, sent them a Right of Erasure request and all they can respond with is that they're going to keep writing to my previous address.34 letters and counting sent to my previous address. This company really are the pits!

placed an order then changed my mind and cancelled straightaway to save them sending it, got an email I would have to wait 24 hours to cancel, get an email today saying they have posted it STUPID BLOODY PEOPLE

Was a customer for many year's, but although their clothing was pretty good, for me the tall man at 6'5 !But had to end my account as their interest ( APR ) is massive.They have to realise, that the swing nowadays is online shopping, with tremendous competition, but interest rates charged are far to high.

UNBELIEVABLE.!!!!I thought I’d seen it all with this lot, with their 13p a minute phone charged etc.However when the latest catalogue came in I really liked a parka coat on offer at 25% of using code CUT25. I tried to order online, but wouldn’t accept code. I tried to order by phone, and still wouldn’t accept discount .Wanted me to pay full price, then they would ‘sort it out’... AYE..!!! RIGHT YA DOBBERS..!!!!! Checked the back o’ ma head.. No zip..!!!! Don’t know how they survive and get away with this ..

Worst place to shop! Paid for next day delivery week ago . Refusing refund

Unbelievably rude, ignorant and liars. This company's customer service is absolutely disgusting. As a disabled person, I expected to be treated the same as everyone else, but Premier Man have left me sitting on the floor for nearly 6 weeks. They do not call you when they say they will, after promising over 10 times to do so. They are clueless as to what is going on and apparently can only do everything internally by email, which does not help, when the people they email to get things arranged, refuse to actually do the work they are paid for. Some of the people that do answer the phone are so rude and vile, should be sacked. Their online chat support have no idea what's going on and lie. They really should change their name.. there is nothing Premier about them.

Quality products, delivered prompty by courier. Good choice & range. Been a customer for many years without any issues. Credit is very expensive with this company.

Very poor service I unfortunately had under 2.00 left on my account and they kept sticking on interest on it at a very high rate also they won’t give m3 free postage even though I had a code for it

Considering that we are going through a global pandemic, I received an excellent & prompt service by Premier Man & from Hermes, the Courier Service which they use. I would recommend them. Thank you.

Sent stuff I definatly did not order and then sent me a bill !!!! Left it in our bin !!! - dont you just hate HermesThen nightmare to try and get them to collect it!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!!!Sneaky, Devious outfit who prey on the elderly! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE COWBOYS FOR ANYTHING! Oh, and there prodicts are crap as well!! 1 Star is 1 too much BTW, I couldn't give no stars⛔
